Who's Your Valentine?

Hey, moms? What have you got planned for Valentine’s Day? Do you like to bake heart-shaped cookies and have the children help you decorate them? Or will you attend a Valentine’s Day party at which the children share Valentine cards with all their friends?

Organization Tip # 4

Creating a System for Your School-aged Children

It took some time to come up with a system to clean house that worked well for my family with a minimum amount of stress on me.

I am tempted to tell you the stories about my trial-and-error search for the right system for us. However, since blog posts shouldn’t be too long, instead of my funny stories (which are more about what not to do), I will tell you two major things that I learned from my errors:

(Just for the record, I got only two answers right in my head. 😛 At least one contestant had a correct answer to every question, and most of them got them right.)Continue Reading

About Me

Lambert family

My name is Lyndsay Lambert. When I was a young mom with four children five-years-old and younger, I cried out to God for an older woman who would come alongside me, maybe put her arms around me and just tell me, “This too shall pass.” More about me.
